Computer trouble
My computer consistently wants to quit at about 60 miles every time out. It starts by jumping around in the mph reading, going to zero for awhile, then quitting altogether only to seem to come back on and work properly 10 miles or so down the road. It drives me nuts. I've pulled out the connections, cleaned the contacts, made sure everything is lined up and attached properly. It works flawlessly for the first 60 miles. Any ideas??

Your computer is running out of glycogen and bonking. Maybe if you slow down it will be able to keep up...
Seriously, have you tried changing the battery? It sounds like the battery is on the edge and cannot keep running continuously for longer than a few hours without the voltage dipping below the minimum for operation.

Do you have a wireless setup? Don't forget to check the battery in the transmitter/wheel sensor too.
