Know a Good Frame Painter in CT?

Anyone know a good frame painter in Connecticut, Mid-New York or Southern Mass.?

My frame's been painted twice by the builder and both times the paint just started flaking off. I'm looking for a painter that will clean the frame up and put a durable paint job on it.

Thanks.

If you can't find one, I would try some of the automotive paint shops. I'm sure one of them would do it. They could shoot it with some clear coat and get a really durable finish too. Might be a bit costly though.

If you have no luck, contact Cycles Del Oro in North Carolina. I have heard many good things about them from a classic mailing list I'm on. https://www.cyclesdeoro.com

I'm sure they may know of someone in your area, otherwise, they'll paint your frame.

Joe Bell lives up that way somewhere (I think). Check with https://www.rivendellbicycles.com (he paints their bikes) and find out how to contact him.
