Helmet customs?
I bought a helmet to keep my brain from splattering against the pavement for my commute for about 10 minutes, but I'm cheap so I found a Bell Slant on clearance for $10 at a local sporting goods place. It's black with some blue, and all my bikes are green.
Is there any mods/custon paint jobs you guys would prefer?
I was thinking of cutting a bandanna and use some spray on glue to apply the cloth to the hard shell. It's a little rough looking and it would be black in the end.
No, the bright color doesn't matter, I wear a safety vest on the road. And I don't care about the color so much as I want my stuff to match a bit.
thanks in advance!

YAY! the bar down the road will let me drink no matter what. Too bad the cops around my neighborhood are all a**hole** and pulled me over on my bike for DUI. I took them to court saying I can't even drink anywhere without the cops chasing after you. The cops really pulled me over because I was doing a 40 in a 25 on my bike. lol.
ANY WAY, BACK ON SUBJECT
Any of you have any painting ideas, I was thinking acrylic or enamel paint. But it's the first time I've painted thin plastic.

This is my old ascent strada. It was originally all silver. I added the green with model paint. I crashed and had to replace it. I did the new one with automotive acrylic enamel. I can't seem to find any pics of the new one. Masking a bike helmet is very labor intensive.

If thats true, it is stupid and sorry. You are not driving a motorized vehicle, you are riding a bicycle. So I don't see how they could do anything to you besides public drunk.

Maybe it depends on the jurisdiction, but mostly, if you ride on pavement, if you are drunk the choice is DUI or DWI.
