that was a nasty fall, I am using a roller and suffered some nasty falls, but that one is big time, he was really moving left and right and looks like he can't control, the front wheel

Looks like the guy was new to riding rollers. You can see where he just took down the hand that he was using to steady himself and immediately lost control. Apparently he was not used to making the transition and overcorrected.
Gotta wonder why he was taping himself.
