Building a bicycle
Hello all, first-time poster here.
I have a Raleigh frame that I would really love to turn into a decent bicycle. It's basically naked except the handlebars and the crankshaft. Can I turn this into a decent commuter with $200US? Is it possible to mount a rim with any number of gears on the back or does it have to be a specific number? If I install a rim with gears, how difficult is it to install the gear shifter? And last but not least, what are the general parts that i'm going to need?
Here is a picture of the frame:
Thanks,
LocalWizard

I live in Los Angeles so i'm pretty sure there is something like that.
Edit: After a bit of research I found quite a few co-ops in my area and they seem to offer the exact help that I need!
