Help finding the right levers.

I just recently bought a 44cm medium drop handlebars. The middle part of it is oversized, I was wondering if anyone knew which levers I can get that can go over the oversized part. I don't like the levers that go over the curve part of the handlebars cause I think the position is awkward to me.

The reason I want it over the oversized section instead of the narrower section is because I want more space for my hands.

Thanks.
