Bike related joke present

I know from reading the LBS employee thread a minute ago that there seem to be some good senses of humour floating around here, so as it's my friend's birthday soon I was wondering what anyone could come up with as a good bike related joke present?

Cheers

Buy him/her a set of training wheels?

A coworker's husband is obsessed with Cervelo bikes and has an uber-expensive white-framed one. I found her a cheap tricycle (a SMALL one) and gave it a quick white spray paint job on a weekend. While I wrapped the handlebars she put some Cervelo decals on it she found on the internet. Really funny at his b-day party when he unwrapped it. It was the biggest present he got, and it got a raving round of laughs. He thought it was great, too!
