Anyone heard of TEC Helmets?

well apart from the TEC being a really nice fusion helmet and having great value and build quality, i ended up with the Giro E2 because my head was a millimeter or so bigger than the helmet.
The E2 is perfect but it does come with a hefty price tag; A$250 where as the TEC is about A$110.
I would still recommend the TEC and infact would have one know if my head wasnt so bloody big
