How'd they do for you?

Prices are ok. Not impressed with their service. I placed an order and didn't hear anything for a week. My order still hasn't shipped. Emailed a few times with no response. I called and only got the answer machine. Left multiple voice mails and no call back. After 10 working days I told them I want to cancel my order because I ordered somewhere else. Then they finally responded by saying they will be shipping soon. Too little too late. I had to tell them again I don't want the order anymore. They did sent me a personal email apologizing for their service. They also gave me a coupon code in case I want to try them again. I have not intention of using them again. Your experience may vary.
