I think their web site is down. Anyone know why ..........

Bikes: 1994 Litespeed Hiwassee (Ti hardtail); 1986 Bianchi IV (beater road bike for commuting)

Seems to be working fine for me as of Wed. Feb. 2 at 1:40 am PST. Perhaps it was down for a short time for maintenance when you tried it.

you also have to put a www. in front of it. just parktool.com gets you to their default web server installation page. idiots. i even told them about it 2 weeks ago!

Whaddya know! I initially hinted that they should give me a set of road bike tools for finding their 'bug' but they brushed it off

Literally - his browser is probably caching the old page. Clear your cache. Better yet, crank it down to 0 MB if you can. And use FireFox next time
