I used to have a motorcycle that it was equipped with a chain and a nice compartment to put it in. I always used it to lock the rear wheel. One time I forgot to unlock the chain and took off....

It broke the lock very quickly... Luckily the wheels were alloy; otherwise some spokes could be out.

When I was maybe 16 I was doing something with my bike in the kitchen (I forget what) and I had the rear wheel spinning. I set the bike down and the spinning wheel burned a 2" long skid mark into the linoleum. It was this nice black mark that was *melted* into the off-white/beige floor tile.

The parents assumed their boots did it... I let them think that
