mesh saddle

Hey there,
Anyone know about this saddle?
It's just mesh, apparently, and so is super nice. Like a floating on a cloud. Is this true, or what? Also, does it do anything to prevent numbness and whatnot?

Thank you

I don't trust a saddle over $20.

My uncle was looking at those as his new saddle.

When we asked the guy at the lbs what he thought of the saddle his exact words were:

"Well, it's been sold five times. It's also been returned 5 times."

My uncle got a Koobi Au Enduro instead and he has been happy with it. I recommend the Fizik Arione myself...

I read a review about it.

It may be too soft. It's cool on hot days. If you go through a puddle the water goes right through.

The guy at the lbs said the main problem people had was that the plastic frame has sharp edges. When riding it gave them major chafing and thats definately not fun

The owner of the LBS gave me an old high end racing saddle from the trash. The leather was all ripped off. I thought maybe I would try to fix it. That night on ebay I sold my daughters Horse Saddle. I went into the bike shop the next day and mentioned I sold a saddle for $200 last night. You should have seen him! It was priceless!!

I'd be curious how well that mesh would hold up over time.
Doesn't seem like it would maintain it's shape for long.

Thanks Rayin, that's a good one.

$16 including return shipping!! That's pretty cheap.
It makes any other method not worth the trouble.

That is why fenders were invented.
