Some component questions for building on this folder:

So I'm likely going to be picking up this frame

and building a bike around it. I already have an IGH hub.

The only thing that worries me is diameter compatibility. So like could this fork work with it?

Sunlite 26 x 1-3/8 Econo Fork Threaded Length 3-15/16, 1 OD, Chrome, Non-Canti

and then there's the headset and bottom bracket...and IIRC, twist shifters (for my IGH) don't play too well with most drop bars. Is there a way around it? Do they at least work with bull horns?

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

I can't answer any of your questions. For starters you need to measure things like the head tube and the distance between the rear dropouts.

Frankly, I'd be for checking the prices of the components that you need before buying the frame. Unless you have a big box of bike parts in your basement to work with, that looks to me like it could be a very expensive project.

Cannibalizing .. get that and a cheap mountain Bike with a suspension fork , strip it save the frame

still locked into a fast single track riding folding bike?

good luck with that. if it breaks you would still have the the non folding one to put back together.,

The Hummer was licensed from Montague, so a visit to their site should provide you the specs you need. The short of it, though, is no, the fork will not fit, and yes, you could put the twist shifters at the ends of the drop bars. Not exactly elegant, but works.
