Talk about a close call - twice!

This cyclist in Russia almost met his death twice during the same accident. I've seen a lot of videos of brain dead drivers in Russia as of late. They must be putting vodka in their water bottles.

I saw that video and wondered what kind of traffic control is at that intersection. Who had the right-of-way?

The cyclist was oblivious, the truck driver also, and the car driver was going much faster than a prudent speed.

I watched it a few times, and I couldn't see a stop sign or even a yield sign.

Right. Without knowing, I'd have to guess that it's an uncontrolled intersection?
