what model is this?
This bike is for sale, the guy says its a 2013, but doesn't know the model....I can't figure it out online...
it resembles a 2008 or 5 comp more than anything else I can see...definitely has a comp fork....hope y'all can help me.

Ask what the components are. It is honestly more important most times than the specific model, since often the difference between models is the component mix.
Take comp components (including fork) and put them on a a different level, and you would be unlikely to be able to tell the difference (other than possibly color).

That is NOT a 2013 model year bike. You are correct it looks like either the 08 or 05.
