Looking to upgrade

I'm looking for a bike that is essentially a hybrid but finding the combination of features I want is proving a bit challenging.
Must have
700c wheels
trigger shifters
disc brakes
stem/handlebars adjustable so it can be raised to give me a near upright ride, or lowered for a more aggressive lean forward position.
front shock absorbers
Anything like that out there?
thanks

Two different bikes...???

You did not mention the surfaces you plan to ride on...???

You do realize it takes tools to adjust a stem, right? They can't be adjusted on the fly. Also, adjustable stems can always be added later,so if you don't focus on that,it'll give you more choices.

Yeah, I think the adjustable stem will be the sticking point. Otherwise I think most of the major manufacturers (Trek, Specialized, Giant, etc.) all make something like this. The Trek DS and Specialized Crosstrail pop into my mind as being close to what you want.
