Bikes: 2015 Giant Escape 2,

New purchase
Just bought my wife a new 2015 Giant Sedona W. Came with 26 X 1.95 tires with I had the shop change to 26 X 1.4s
Out the door price was $ 265. Color is light blue. I had a great dinner coming tonight

Sounds like a winner. Why did you switch to a narrower tire ??? Keep the same brand/style ???

most of our riding (over 95%) is road the rest being hard packeded/ashfalt trails. so it made sense. We still have the original tires and may wind up selling them.
