2015 Giant Comax 2
LBS had this bike on closeout for $1000. Listed my 2015 Specialized Crosstrail Disc on Craigslist for $450 (paid $550 new) and it was sold within 2 hours.
Took my cash from the sale and put it towards the new bike. Weighs 21 lbs stock with pedals.
The Crosstrail was a good bike, but I was finding out I had no use for the suspension so I decided to sell it.
Love everything about this new Giant bike but I do miss the 700 x 38c tires on the Crosstrail. The 700 x 25c are a little squirrely on the gravel. Looks like I will be able to fit 35-38c tires on this bike though.
I will say the ride is alot better. This is my first carbon bike and I can definitely tell the difference vs. Aluminum.
