You will have to have the wheels rebuilt.
Or buy new wheels with that rim size.
Will cost a bit with the dyno and the IG hub.
Overall gearing will be a bit higher.
Unless you switch to thinner tires.
Or replace the sprocket or the chainring.
BB will get a little higher, if you keep the same tire width.
Front wheel will turn a little slower. Might influence the output of the dynohub. And the performance of the lamp.

There's a fair bit of cost/work involved.
With precious little benefit.
What are you hoping to gain?
If you've simply gotten the upgrade bug, here's my suggestion:
- get a jar
- write "new bike" on jar
- next time you get the urge, go to jar
- stuff money in jar until urge passes

Try fitting 1/2" wider tires. Pump them hard.
That'll get you real close at a lot less cost and hassle.
