He was tolerant of me and friendly. Nice guy. It really didn't rain much (occasional showers) but that's why his stuff is wrapped up in plastic.

For some reason I've never seen anyone riding a bicycle with his pants so stylishly low. It might be impossible but then I don't understand how it is possible to walk while wearing pants like that either.

Funny thing is... that's how the style started. In prison they don't let the prisoners have belts, so their pants sagged.
