I feel so underwhelming. I don't even have a headlight on my bikes.

Order a dozen and you'll have one for each bike and a spare!

LOL!!! I actually took quite a bit of the 3M tape off of my ride...Still on the rims though, and thinking of taking it off as well...It was just too much,or should I say it looks much better with it mostly black...

Better than nothing.

I had a set of these but the battery on the front went dead. The picture is the old headlight on the new box.

I always wanted two tail lights in my helmet vents to strike fear in approaching motorists with devil eyes, and so I bought another set yesterday. When I get another battery, I'll have two headlights. Two is better than one when the lights are so small, single LED and if one battery fails, I still have some light. Cheap (sorta, $20/pr, $40 spent). Adds very little to my load.

I'm never out after dark this time of year anyway, but a lot of riders are running their blinkies during the day and it makes sense.

If you ride at night, you might as well leave it on. It can't hurt. You don't want your bike to look good (except for Bike Forum photos). In real life, ugly is better. You bike was never ugly but probably less attractive to thieves with more stickers on it...

How bright is that light man?More like a running light for daytime,or is it bright enough for seeing at night?

Warning, dim your monitor!

It's this bright when the battery is fresh.

I think I have the same helmet as a spare. I haven't used it yet and the other night I was wondering how to put lights on it. Maybe I'll have to look into that brand / model light you showed. I just have knogs on my two OGK helmets.

I ride at night till around 10pm, 6 out of 7 nights so I feel much safer with these on my helmets.

Thanks. It's a Giro Pnuemo, discontinued so it was on sale in a mail order catalog. The same model as the one I retired so I knew it would fit.

The lights are Planet Bike Spok. Better than nothing. Each one puts out ten dollars worth of lumens.

I was trying for a Hounds of the Baskervilles look with the glowing eyes, but the result is more Pikachu.

Maybe it's it. I don't know the model.

Is this the same model?

I've decided to start a helmet thread. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...cycle-helmet-s...

Your helmet is different. I don't see how to put Spok lights on your helmet. The rail I used looks kinda scooped out on yours.

I still have nashbar bar ends, another bottle cage,2 "clif shot"water bottles, and a set of sigma sport micro lights(blinking red and white LED's for daytime use)still in the mail that will be added to my commuter.I think my front headlights are complete, but contemplating getting 2 knog boomers for the rear to add to the blackburn mars 3.0.
