Here in Scotland you can get ticketed for riding your bike faster than 30mph. In Perth Scotland a guy was riding his bicycle at 51mph and he was chased by police with sirens and forced to pull over. He didn't get a ticket but the policeman that was involved in shouting at him thought it was amusing to stop and ask why he went so fast in a 30mph zone on a bike. I'm going into Perth Scotland and I'm going to do 40mph to see what they do to me.
