what trek or specialized is this similar to.

mostly shimano 105, carbon fork, $650

I am a 210 lb are the wheels a concern

For $650 I wouldn't expect great wheels on a hybrid with Shimano 105 derailleurs. You can search for reviews on these wheels. I wouldn't be worried about trueness at your weight. Seems like the bearings are more of an issue on these particular wheels. Just spin them by hand and listen for issues at home a couple times a month. With any luck you can get several thousand miles out of them before you need to think about replacing them.

i was more concerned with the low spoke count and my "wieght"
it think it will go on the list i am compiling for my bikes.

I am waiting to see what my bonus / budget will be.
i have a 300 350 450 and 650 price points
old sora/mix 8spd, old sora/mix 8spd + carbon fork, 9speed sora (new)carbon fork, and 9 speed 105 carbon fork.

there must be a tiagra flat bar bike for 550 out there soemwhere.
