Hello to all
I live in the Central Valley of California.
I have been riding for years but took some time off my bike due to the commute from heck, 2 hours each way on a train.
My Doc said loose weight or die so I needed to start exorcising. Riding my bike to the train then from the train to work fits the bill. I do about 10 miles a day and building up to more and more.
I ride:
Schwinn Super Le Tour
and a Specilized Rockhopper
Not at the same time.

That's cool. My friend who I sometimes ride with got a similar message from the Doc. It's done him a world of good to get out on a bike again and shed the extra pounds.
