Hi from North Devon, England

Hi everyone;

Just getting back into the swing of things after picking up an injury that has seen me off the bike (and Tri training) for 6 months; so taking it gentle!! So any tips on recovering from a back injury and getting 'back in the saddle' greatly appreciated.

All that's gone downhill since COVID; in the UK the majority of appointments are done over the phone; he sent me links to exercises to do which have worked. Just easing myself back in gently!
