Uk/ New Boy
I am extremly new to bike racing,
I over the last 35 years have got my fitness buzz from football, running and the gym, a friend recently got into cycling and has pestered me for about 6 months to join him.
I now have joined him , and recently bought a new Giant TCR Ltd, he tried to get me to go carbon, but i wanted to make sure i di before i had the expence of a full carbon bike.
I am now building myself into it and am finding it very enjoyable.

Hello El Scorchio, where are you located in the UK? You've got a nice bike there, so get out and enjoy!

I am from Bristol but I will be in London in Sept where I expect I will do a bit of riding on my daughter's Giant Cypress. I wouldnt buy a carbon bike as I would be too scared of damaging it, but I wish I had a bike like yours.
