hey all -

i'm a recent transplant from life on the road to portland, OR..... just in time for the rainy season. you might see me creaking around town on my old motobecane SS, searching for the flattest route across the river. any suggestions?

Bikes: surly crosscheck, yeti 575, salsa moto rapido, kona ute

Hey arcellus.

Welcome to Portland and to Bikeforums.

It's a great place to ride... from southeast I usually head down/up Clinton or Lincoln, then across Hawthorn Bridge. Lincoln can be hilly, though. The flattest would probably be down Everett/Davis bike route.

Bikes: Serotta Atlanta, Cannondale Caad 4, Fuji Cross, Trek MTB.

fing the spring water corridor. It runs out to Boring Or, for about 20 miles. Totally flat bike path!!
