Hello from western ohio

I found this sight looking for Imfo for a bike I bought last year at a yard sale. I used to ride alot got out of it for a while decided to get back into riding for exercise I picked up a ross eurotour 5 speed at a yard sale I excellent shape except for dry rotted tires new tires tubes and brakes and I'm back on the road
I also picked up an American made murray beach cruiser style bike to ride around on. so my bicycle goals are to lose weight 5'11" #300's cruise around on older American made bikes And enjoy the ride,make a camping trip on a bike and find me an old late 50's early 60's classic to fix up to ride
So hello to everyone and thanks for all the imformation I have all ready got from this site

I sprained my knee at work and am under doctors orders to ride 3-4 miles a day so I went to the grocery store and hardware this morning on it 75% of my riding is done on it thanksRoy
