New from Minnesota, could use help

like to fix up old 12 speeds for training for endurance rides. Use mainly Trek 2200 but also love my puegot bordeux which I've read many threads and decided it around a '87. Just bought a Bianchi for $40. Not sure what it is even after much reading, hence the time. not good with picture posting but here's what it had: Chromosteel tange fork, internal cable routing, 24.5 seatpost, 68mm BB, 1 shimano 600 brake lever, Sport LX double crank, Sport LX shifters, dura ace brakes, Matrix rims, Sakae hubs and handlebar and stem, and it's got panasonic written all over the place, Serial # 9EO3116, Celeste with what looks like someone tried to fade the rear triangle black
older guy (from my church) I bought it from, also gave me an all black Atala road bike with Shimano 600 groupset, will spec that out maybe tomorrow, for now little more curious about bianchi
