Anyone have experience with "NukeProof" bikes?
Saw an ad online for NukeProof bikes, and was looking at their FS frames... are they worth building up or would it be akin to upgrading a BSO?

Mega 275 Team 2016 | Nukeproof
So many Boutique bike companies out there,,some make it and some don't.
Personally I would stick to the bigger better established companies to ensure support for years to come.
I dunno maybe Nuke proof has years behind it..

The brand has been around for a long time. They had some cool wheels back in the 90's and I want to say titanium frames? They pretty much disappeared from the US with the turn of the century, but I kept seeing stuff with their brand in the UK.
That frame looks decent, if that's the kind of bike you are looking for. The Transition Patrol or Banshee Rune probably fit that bill too.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.
Seriously? Ya, real obscure name...only former DH World Champion Sam Hill is riding for the Chain Reaction Cycles/Nukeproof team.

Uh... yeah. Litespeed, Dean, Seven all made them. I think Dean still makes some. They were often heavier and/or more flexy than aluminum but yes there are Ti full suspension frames. I don't think Nukeproof made any, though. What I seem to remember are hardtails. But mostly the cool carbon shelled hubs with the radioactive sign on them.

Isn't Nukeproof somehow owned/associated with Chain Reaction too? I know I have seen Nukeproof stuff on their website for a long time, but not on the US side of the pond

I suspect it's a house brand but could not remember for sure and was too lazy to research, so did not want to say it.
