Finally bought something!

Quick thanks to everyone who helped out on my "Talk me out of Spending Money Thread" (especially @Ronsonic). I ended up finding a good deal on a 07 Specialized fsr comp xc. I thought about going new, but at $300, i think this was a good deal. Here's the breakdown on bikepedia

Now i have to find a thick chain to make sure this sucker doesn't ride off on its own into the sunset when the RV is parked!

Nice! Go have fun.

When locking it make sure the rack is un-stealable as well, so both don't go missing.

heh actually the black hides all the dirt. That said, i took it in to the LBS so they can tear it down and do a full tune up.. They're going to strip it down to the frame, clean everything and reassemble it. They'll also detail it (seems extreme, but i guess it's something they do). Should look shiny captain!

Definitely, will get a locking hitch rack. i'm also looking into vibration activated alarms. I do worry someone will try to ride it off into the sunset.

Nice bike! I was trying to figure out how you had it on the wall with the supports ON TOP of the tires, and then I realized you rotated the picture. =D

Great deal you found there! I picked this up for $250 recently:
2006 Kona Kikapu. 3x9, XT components, new 2x2.25 tires.
