Can I use this combo? A search of this forum turned up a post that says that Easton carbon composite bars should only be used with 2-bolt stem plates. The FR200 is a 4-bolt plate.

The Easton site doesn't specifically say this is a no-no. It only indicates to use a stem with a hinged or removeable faceplate.

So - can I use the 4-bolt FSA stem or not?

Contact Easton and ask them. When in doubt ask the folks that make the weakest link
