What's your budget? Are you looking for tubeless ready? Boost, non-Boost? QR or thru-axles? I'd look at Stans, Crank Brothers, or Shimano--I've had good experience with all three. They, and most all brands, offer a wide range to fit most budgets. Being 120 lbs. allows you to run some pretty light XC hoops unless you're jumping or full-on DH'ing.

How about these Race Face Aeffect 27.5" Wheelset | Jenson USA
the Aeffect wheels are very light for non-carbon wheels.
