Looking for some light wide rim options.
So, ever since my first ryno-lite I've been sold on wide rims. However I no longer have that bike as I've out of the game for a few years(life happens) and now I'm putting together a new bike with disk brakes, so I don't need the flat brake surface on the rims and I'm considering UST compatible or compliant(mount and go w or wo sealant). (no ghetto tubeless monkeying around please)
Summery: in search off reasonable cost, light(ish) wider (22-26mm inside) rims. UST bead and/or standard bead.
So are there any new rims that can take the old Ryno-lite's "cheap, fairly durable, wide, and light-enough" crown?
I'm going to label riding style as in between XC and AM, more XC I guess, but I don't race anymore. 150 pound rider.
Wheels or rims, I can build them.
