Training stand

Does anyone have any experience using these? Are they easy to use? Give a good workout?

Bikes: '90 Raleigh Technium Prestige, '90 Fuji Thrill - Gone, '18 Fuji Nevada 1.7 29er, '19 Fezzari Abajo Peak

I used one for a bit yes it can give a good workout not much different than a stationary bike. its static and not easily adjustable during the ride unless you get off the bike though.
