Adding fork on rigid bike
Could you add suspension fork to this bike?

I am not trying to convert it to mountain bike, more making it more comfortable on the front.

I have seen this and it sounds interesting..
However on my current bike I have 70mm stem with long top tube and I cannot put longer stem. I seems to me they dont make shorter stem than 90mm because of the way this system works and it wouldnt be so effective.

Fox AX is a gravel bike suspension fork. Needs a tapered headtube. And a lot of $$$.
Maybe a larger front tire. I think that fork can fit a 29x2.0 tire. Schwable Smart Sam comes in 47, and soma makes a 50mm gravel tire.

worst case scenario if you really want shocks up front you could always have the stem chopped and extended on whatever set of shocks you want to use. that top tube definitely looks really long and a bit unusual

Maybe a carbon fork that would help kill vibration even though it's rigid? Fatter tires and/or lower tire pressure? A lower cost suspension fork adds a ton of weight with its steel spring (the cost of a nice air fork is close to your bike's cost). Also, there are very few nicer forks with a straight/non-tapered steerer these days. Almost all forks are tapered steerers now.
