Cycoactive Forest Hemp. I know, it makes me sound like a dirty hippie, but I just thought it was neat. Not the coolest pack, but it works well for me. Hauls all my tools and water-what more do ya need? Had to replace the reservoir a while back so I got an actual Camelbak one from the LBS. Lovin' it!
Got a GoBe, too, but it's a little small, plus I have to wear it awfully tight to keep it from hangin' on the seat or low branches. It's better for short rides.

I don't know if it is my favorite, but I use a GoLite Spin and am happy with it.

Deutor M3 with Camelbak hotshot bladder. M3; lots of room, well thought out ergonomics, VERY much air flow on my back, insulated , looks good, fits low on my back when I want it and adjusts up or down real quickly, good price at full retail($60)
hotshot; 3 liter, baffled bladder, insulated bladder, tube, and valve( I had the water in my tube AND bag freeze during a ride last year. no more). hydrolock is great to keep from accidentily wasting water on long trips, big opening for cleaning and ice cube insertion $35
under $100 full retail I have Exactly the hydration pack I want. without having to sell a kidney to pay for it
