Oh right, thanks for the explanation ricardo. I somehow didn't see the v-brakes, that's mainly why I was wondering why the heck you had 4 levers.

P.S.--does anybody else ride a Marin B-17?

I have an 05 Marin Northside trail.
1st bike i have bought in awhile, and I love it.
It rides sweet, handles turns and decents pretty good and can take good a beating.

I guess I may as well post it in here...it's a 21" Rockhopper Comp but not much is stock except the frame and a couple of other things. It's come from just over 30lbs down to 24.5lbs as in the pictures (complete with the mud on it).
