eh what you guys think .. my buddy wants to trade me his mavic x517's with hugi 240's
for a set of crosslands i have...

his are used and all but the ceramic isnt burned through yet.. and my set is nearly new

i figure ... i trade just for the hell of it.. cuz i dont like the crosslands very much

u guys think its a decent swap?

Bikes: doesnt matter. just ride.

the 240 hubs are kick a**, but you have a brand new wheelset. thats tough. but if youre more into freeriding, you can take the dt wheelset and maybe build them up with newer rims at a later date. however, if you are considering going tubeless, keep the crosslands, as they are ust compatible. i would personally take the hugis

yeh im not really too into tubeless.. ive been running it for awhile and could care less.. if anything i would just get the stans mod kit

as for the wheels.. did i ever mention that i got them off ebay for 125 dollars.. brand new?

I have quite a bit of time using Hugi hubs and in my opinion they are the best. I have had four sets of hugi 240's. My current set have over three seasons on them and they are still perfect. On top of that their customer service is second to none.
