Interesting rig; has a very familiar look to it - - frame looks a lot like the Giant ATX DH. Enjoy.

Heh, I already have enjoyed it. Right now i'm selling the frame to pick up another hardtail for trails riding.

And a little tidbit of trivia here, it is infact so similar to the ATX that the rear linkage bolts up, dont know how well it works but I saw a Guzzler with one at the hills this summer.

A ski bike! I never considered one before! I want i want!

Pheard, you like the bars that high, or are you going to cut the steerer? The rig looks odd to me, im assuming because its not quite finished. I think its the seat, post, and big rear der cable loop do it.

BAMF, re-welded the frame and built it up out of the Hoffman, it fits me better and I like this frame even more then my Heaton, so it's going to be my spare bike till I break it again.

Bikes: Kona Jake (2006)

Just finished building my budget SS/dinglespeed.
One gear for the town/flats, and a lower gear for the trails.
Tensioner will be run in push-up mode and chain tightened a link or two once the new Surly spring arrives.

Bikes: Bike Count: Rising.

There really isn't much to upgrade on that bike at all.

Very nice bike Mr W. My only reason for upgrading something, is if something breaks or isn't working very well.

I will do all the usual over the next couple of days.

V12 mags

Skewers etc.

I have only rode the thing for 10 minutes in the dark last night. I'm dropping my son off at his grandmas and heading out this afternoon
