I might be wrong, but it looks like the guy with the Surly's wheel is crocked.
http://www.surlybikes.com/pugsley.html I actually want one of these. I have no use for one but still. |

I know its really late to answer this but it is so you can run a rear wheel in the front as well so you have lots of gearing options.

http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/e...jpg/1/w300.png I just picked it up tonight and cant wait to hit the trails tomorrow. The bike is a 2005 Specialized Enduro Comp. Pretty much stock components except for the tires (Panracer Fire XC Pro), Stem (a Sette), Pedals (Shimano SPD), and Bars (Race Face). The guy I bought it from also threw in the original tires, stem, pedals, a computer,a blackburn mini pump, and a shock pump. I'll be putting a different saddle on it (The Titec from my Fisher) and probably throwing on a Bash Ring, also will probably have to put new seals in the rear shock soon and change the brake pads. All in all though I think I got a pretty good deal for $775 (plus it was local so no shipping). |
Nice, those are great bikes.

Finally got all the parts in I wanted on there, so I figured pics were due. Single speed is nice. There's nothing to think about, and this bike seems to be perfect for playing around the city and going for a quick ride after work. I think I'll put the studs on this once the ice season hits. BTW, BB7's feel real nice too. This came stock with Juicy 3s, and they felt like crap. |

Looks like a 29 wheel out back. Or a 24 up front.
