BFG you can kindly stop telling me to quit whining, because I'm not.
Now if you want me to, I gladly will begin.

"If you have no interest in kids and in fact don't generally like them and never see a need or want for them and you are a full grown adult...I can see a reason for it :) "

Yep, that was my (well, our) reasoning. I spent a week at home when I had a week off anyhow (didn't even have to take vacation with the way my schedule works) in the middle of winter, with crappy trail conditions. Seemed good timing. Did my first mellow ride a week later, commuting in to work. Hit dirt after two weeks. No issues at all.

Wifey wanted off the BC pills. Quick little day surgery for me, with minimal downtime, better statistics for success, and a way cheaper copay? Vs. more expensive, more invasive, more risk for complications, more recovery time, and more difficult to reverse for her? (In the highly unlikely event we change our minds)

IMO, any guy not willing to do such in similar circumstances for his lady is a bit selfish. So it's ok for your wife to get fixed, but you're not enough of a man to go through it yourself, eh? Those are the same kinds that complain about their wives having "let themselve go" when they themselves are fat, unkempts slobs.

Definition 1 comes from the Jack Nicholson/Adam Sandler Movie "Anger Management".

Highly recommend it.

Or for a handy YouTube video

It's the responsible and far better thing to do. I got snipped after number two for much the same reasons as you pointed out, never.

I think I remember reading someplace about a form of vasectomy where the sperm flow can basically be turned on and off. I really don't know where I got this from, I could just be making it up.

Gotta hand it to those Aussies. But if you're switched 'off', just don't chance getting intimate with your significant other under high-tension power lines or low-flying radio-controlled aircraft ;)
