Missing an MTB in NYC?

looks like this guy stole a bunch of bikes and is now selling them all on ebay. I also checked out the domains he claims to be selling and all they are is a picture or owned by some other company.

https://cgi.ebay.com/BICYCLE-bulk-lot...QQcmdZViewItem

no way in hell are they all legit.

"I would love to show the bikes to everybody but they are stored in a private basement which is safe and secure but I am not able to bring people there"

"Long story short... this is a perfect example of a partnership gone bad, I was planning to do this with my friend but guess what... we had a fight and there is no way we can do this now"
-any person would not say "fight" on ebay.

"All bicycles are used, there are different bike brands to serve different clients" -BS!!!!

"Rest assured your information will not be given, sold, rented, or loaned to any third party." wtf**********? SOLD?

No doubt, those bikes are stolen. Besides, who wants 58 crappy bikes with rusty chains and taco'd wheels???

Bikes: KHS XC504, Gary Fisher Piranha, GT Backwoods

Question & Answer
Q: Do you have any receipts or proof of purchases on the bikes?
A: Yes, I do. I have receipts for all the bikes.
Proof right in the auction they aren't stolen.

when the liklihood of them being stolen is greater than the probability that they are legit, yes, i do.

Because you are on this site, why would you buy Wal Mart brand bikes to run a bike rental agency? and why do some of them still have locks on them? it would make sense to buy the locks in bulk to save money than buy all different ones.

where did you get them all if they are legit?
