Thankful...

...for great weather, fun trails and enough time to slip a two hourish point-to-point in before the turkey sacrifice.

Ten minutes into the 50 minute first climb.

Brutal weather.

Into the oaks and pines, preparing for the redwoods ahead.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.

Nice; thanks for the inspiration. Son and his bride are home this weekend, so an outing is in the works. 26 degrees at Noon is not much of a motivator though.

I am thankful I don't live in a place with such beautiful weather that makes mountain biking so enjoyable.

(This was taken about 5 minutes ago from my front door.)

Thankful for this free trip to Hawaii courtesy of work, just wish I could partake in some of the excellent trails I hear about here. :/

Bikes: One of the first Aluminum Rockhoppers to come with front suspension.

Nothing makes Thanksgiving dinner taste better than a fat ride before-hand.

Nice pics.

I think there are 4 or 5 of those kids. Pete has a pic of his brood working on that very bike.

I rode this morning before work...it was 12 degrees. With a windchill calc. it was -28.

I still broke a sweat. I'm fat.

not surprising, I've sweated biking a mile to work when it was -10 (-40 w/ windchill.) A sweaty core with numb hands/feet is one of the weirdest sensations I've ever experienced.
