Thanks, Doug. I downloaded and installed Seashore. I think I got the hang of it but I find I'm terribly inefficient at using this type of software. I can see why courses in this stuff is offered.
Here's my first attempt: http://stradasystems.com/mtb/images/MOTP.jpg Started a little project today involving sandpaper and paint. |

I just got in from 26 west bike park. It was great. I spent a little time building a bridge and the got to ride for a few hours before the rain washed us out. It was a blast. They are going through some growing pains but thats to be expected for a brand new park on opening day.I post up some pics later.

I just discovered that one of my neighbors has 2 Santa Cruz Bullits. I wonder if he posts up on here or where he rides.

I put my Time Attacks in the tool box and put on the platforms for a while. This last crash has really gotten into my head.I cant get past dropping a pedal for no reason.Right now I feel a lot better with the flats on.If I drop a pedal with thhose I'll know it was me and not tha pedal.

I just got off the phone with your noob buddy. If he had a little more skill he wouldn't be riding the re:cliner.

Uh-oh . . . is there still the possibility of a Fall trip?
(Funny, you'd think I'd remember how long it takes a collarbone to knit.) |

Hope you didn't find that 'killer deal' and purchase your airfare already. |

No, I recall a lot of PT and some soreness even after it knit. But then, I was over 40 - - you young bucks heal quicker.

I've got 3 nights booked in whistler the last weekend of June.. and a cast on my right hand and arm for a torn ligament and resulting tendonitis that I've had for months.

No need to translate. There's probably an "English" link somewhere on the page.

My guess is a Rune or a Wildcard.
They sound like bikes Gastro would ride. |

They sound like bikes Gastro would ride. You must realize I'm getting old and lazy and I'm tired of taking a pounding on the rocks at Snowshoe. I think something with 7-8" of travel, adjustable geometry, and a dual crown fork would fit the bill nicely. I've got a bunch of old parts I can pull off my seldom used DJ so frame/shock/fork/150mm hub is pretty much all I need to make it happen. |
Doesn't he already have an SX Trail though? I was thinking bigger like a Scythe (which bears an uncanny resemblance in configuration to a Gran Mal, BTW).
EDIT= I no sooner posted this and got back to the main screen with gastros answer. Did I nail this or what? :D |
I thought Scythe for a minute there, but didn't think you were down with something like that.
I can dig Scythes. One of the local Australian racers' factory Scythe was hot! he was on a Scythe til such times as his Legend was delivered. This calls for a picture. http://www.xxiv.com.au/wp-content/up...ves_scythe.jpg |
My vote is for Scythe.
