the ghetto blaster. Who'd have thought that hucking a huffy off of three foot loading docks to the ground would be so fun? Its actually decent geometry...

nope those are maxxis. I would love to get either a big-hit with 26 rear wheel or an enduro with rear coil shock.

Yeah, I'm running a 26x2.7" Maxxis Minion up front
and a 24x2.7" Maxxis Highroller in the rear.
I've been very happy with these tires.
I really want a BigHit DH frame though....
I might sell this frame...

I only ran a 2.3 and it was fine, and still had plenty of clearance! I'm guessing you could probably go up to a 2.5, but I never did.

Specialized Enduro... It's an '02 frame with mostly '00 parts. Cracked the frame last summer and Specialized warranteed it. Had to get a new front der. and replaced the cranks while I was at it. XT cranks and FD. Not sure I like the frame yet - just not quite as comfortable to me as the '00 frame. Haven't put many miles on it since I'm in TX now and the trails aren't quite as inviting as back in WA. Still like the bike and would recommend it to anyone!

yeah, well - it's what came with it. they work, so I haven't changed them out. It's more about the function than the look.
