Shimano XT clipless pedals - I've had a couple of others [i.e. Ritchey/Victor] since my first set in '94, but I love the reliability
Shimano XT shifters and dérailleurs - again, so reliable
Shimano mtn bike shoes - they fit and don't explode after a year
Shimano XT cassettes - I see a trend
Sachs-Sedis chains - the best acquisition that SRAM ever made
Chain whips - I got some no-name ones back in '86, and they have served me faithfully ever since
