yes. It's been on a mountain bike (a Giant pos before the Schwinn) since '99 with minimal maintenance on my part.

Edit: Oh yeah... it's a Chris King hub!

The best thing you got going on is the polar bottles, the roadies love em. As for the rest of the bike, The kickstand is the best part, meow boy.

I was referring to the ones on the wheels. The ones you have referenced are crap. Just like the rest of the bike.

I know the ones you were refering to. I was pointing out the rest of the accesories. They're not crap because they do their job, they let cars see me at night. Plus notice the Schwinn wedgie bag, which carries a Schwinn spare tube, Schwinn tire levers, Schwinn glueless patches, and there are Schwinn Gel tubes in the wheels. All with the Schwinn Quality logo, boy.

bigger = better

Too bad it isn't red because that would've meant it was faster

What does that mean ?

If you're talking about gears, in that picture it is in the smallest front sprocket and the 5th rear sprocket (from left to right).

I would think that crossing chain occurs at smallest front sprocket with 6th or 7th rear sprocket (from left to right)

You are not cross-chained unlike Svr said. Now, it looks pretty flat around there, so the smallest chain ring does seem a little strange. Oh well...like it matters.
