Does the fork that I want exist?
I need a fork for a 26" wheel, 1" threaded, and am really trying to find it in carbon. Would prefer an aluminum/carbon steerer. I have never seen one and am not exactly sure if they exist or not.

The forks on this page are carbon, one inch, and quite nice looking.
They're threadless, but you could ask CarbonCycles if they advocate threading (tube wall must be sufficiently thick and strong). Otherwise, you need to change headset and stem.
There's no such thing as a threaded carbon steerer. And 1" aluminum steerers are inferior to 1" steel ones in my opinion. That's why reputable companies don't produce them.
