What are you using them for?
Stan's makes prebuilt wheels using their rims and ZTR hubs that are pretty light (~1450-1750g depending on which rim). You can get the set for under $500.

My experience is that 1800 is a mid weight rim set. But is more reasonably priced at @$250-$300 for a strong set up.
Weight Weanies keeps a good list of recommends.

Good luck and let me know what you choose.

+1. I use the Stan's wheels and love them - ZTR hubs and Arch rims. Also pretty lightweight, though I don't know the exact measurements.
